• All orders for in stock items received by 4.30pm GMT, will be dispatched on the same day
• All orders for in stock items received after 4.30pm GMT, will be dispatched the following weekday
• All orders are covered by insurance. In the unlikely event of an order being lost or damaged, please contact us immediately via email or phone so that we can take immediate action
• Deliveries in the UK mainland are usually next day. Elsewhere it will depend on destination
• If any delay is due to items being out of stock, you will be advised via email immediately

Delivery Detail

Normal delivery is between 9am - 6pm GMT (Monday to Friday). Please ensure that someone will be at the specified delivery address to receive the order. All deliveries will be considered received in good condition unless you specify damaged or opened etc when signing. All damages MUST be reported immediately.
